This new class is all about supporting those when their health and emotions feel vulnerable. Our Yoga for Those with Cancer and Other Health Challenges is a soothing class designed to bring balance back into life. The goal is to move from focusing on illness to reconnecting with health and wellness. This class is open to those facing health issues as well as their friends and family. Yoga Sanctuary's therapeutic yoga instructor Olivia Goode will incorporate gentle yoga postures, breathing exercises, guided imagery, meditation and other techniques. With careful poses modified for each student, Olivia will help everyone find a peaceful place while safely working in ways that are both restful and rejuvenating.
